About Us

Full Focus Limited evolved over many years and was finally incorporated in 1997.  Our company was primarily established to provide for the growing need we saw when working with business people.    Full Focus provides real independent advice untainted by sales commissions and unrestricted by the narrow focus of any one technical or professional speciality.  We look at “the big picture” of your life (business and personal), taking account of every facet to make sure it all fits.

Based in Takapuna, on Auckland’s North Shore, our small privately owned New Zealand company is a discrete team of people.  The core operators of the business are David Martin and Kathy Martin. 

David ’s career began with 3 years in the N.Z. Army at Waiouru Military Camp.  He then pursued a very successful career in the life insurance industry.   Several Life Brokerage operations were established and ultimately capitalised.  For the last 20 years he has honed his skills working alongside business owners and shareholders of private companies. 

Kathy’s career includes holding several high level positions as Personal Assistant to CEO’s of large NZ corporates, Australian conglomerates and London stockbroking institutions.   For the last 15 years she has continued to develop her talents as a skilful administrator and manager, whilst at the same time achieving success in areas such as team building, public relations and project management.
