How do you judge the success of your business?

What does “success” mean to you and your business? … and just how do you measure it?

Success meansdifferent things to different people.   But often in business, success is measured in terms of turnover, or more importantly - profit.

One good way to get a handle on how your business is “succeeding” is to keep an eye on the key performance indicators (KPIs) - but you’ll want to make sure you’ve got your eye on the right ones!

Our June newsletter talked about this and if you haven’t already read this issue, you can do so by clicking here.

We’d be interested to hear what KPIs you’re using to measure the success of your business - so leave a comment on the blog, or send us an email at enquiries@fullfocus.co.nz
